Yeah you kinda got it right! If you take the bigger rubber washer off you will then pop the stem in....after you take off the big rubber piece you will see that the main stem has an o ring....once you pop the stem with the small o ring in then you put the big rubber seal on the inside side of the rim. Then the concave washer...then first nut tighten like you did and then pop the second on and lock the two nuts!
The O ring on the fill spout goes against the wheel, inside the gasket and then washer, then the first nut, second nut and I put a touch of RTV on it for soft thread lock

I have the exact same flush mount stem and valve on my car tyres, the problem I'm having is I cant inflate the tyres as the tyre pump wont connect to the stem. what do you use to inflate the tyres using that stem and valve? any help would be appreciated thanks
Wrong wrong wrong! The rubber goes on the inside of the wheel followed by the washer! A quick google search will explain. These are flush mount. Please revise this or delete so people don’t make the same mistake.
Do these valve stems let air out the same as a regular valve stem? I'm looking at them for my jeep and I air down to 12psi when I hit the trail and back up to 30psi when I hit the road I'm just wondering if these are the right product for me?
I'm looking to do these on a custom bike due to lack of space with the wheel and the disk brake. Have you had any issues with it? Any other tips since this installation video?

thats what i was thinking 🙈 thats way too chunky for an outer washer.

Rubber goes on the inside with that washer. The air is trying to get out of the tire not in!

I mean that way will work but if you remove the big rubber seal you will see there is an oring

Brandon Ashley yes, once you screw on the stem you can add and remove air as you wish
