Loppy is an experienced coach but he has a habit of falling out with staff/assistants/owners/players,his ability to create issues by his style of management AND the fact WHU board is ruled by a emotional, money greedy owner doesn’t help!
I think Potter will do a decent job, there is no way we could play worse football under Potter than under Lopetegui. We were absolutely awful, he didn’t seem to even know what his own plan was himself, let alone the players knowing it
The main issue was that Lopetegui failed to implement his philosophy into the team and I'm not sure he had any at all... Then he has massively fallen out with key players and many times even refused to give them gametime. In comparison to Potter he refused to adapt to his squads strength and instead stubbornly insist playin his style.
@rosscohen9482 he was going for the Milan job in April. He even had a draft contract. Much as I love West Ham, Milan is a bigger club and would have been his first choice. Also he never seemed interested or enthused.
What do you think went wrong for Julen Lopetegui at West Ham? Can Graham Potter save the Hammers?

I concur.
Lopeteugi didn't want to be at West Ham in the first place.
What makes you think that?
