I think there's two parts to the swordsman skill, the launch which damages and the fall which is like after you reach a point, you start going downwards yet still having momentum.

I assume this is some kind of experimental mode, sort of like skywars.
Every so often there's a new lab mode which is the base gameplay with a twist.
Rush mode made everything go by a lot faster, this one gives you superhero powers
