How to Know You're Truly Saved

Given how easy it is for our emotions and thoughts to fluctuate on any given day, it's incredibly common for us to get caught up in negative thoughts that are self-inflicted.
Whether it's thoughts about our self-worth, our value to God, or even our own salvation, these thoughts can easily take control of our lives and bring us further away from God. However, we can prevent this from happening by diving into God's word and dissecting the truth of who he is and the incomprehensible value we all hold in his mind.

Amen bro. My only suggestion would be to say to you, my brother, that Christ prayed to the Father, and so should we. Come boldly before the thone of grace as sons, not praying to our brother and friend Jesus (who is our savior) but to the Father himself. God bless you in your ministry bro.

You have to turn from sin. That's the whole point. Jesus is saving you from the sin. If you "have Jesus" but you still sin like you did before...you ain't saved. Duh.

​@hitlard5305 he didnt say as much bro. Our flesh cant be saved and will be destroyed. But our souls can be washed clean and we won't sin as we once did. Still, sin and temptation may be a lifelong struggle but we are no longer slaves of them.
