An animated film/series would be fantastic.
When I watched this for the first time I was so excited, finally The Incal movie, and cherry on top: directed by Taika. There's absolutely nothing that can go wrong... And then I watched Thor: Love and Thunder. Well, not so excited anymore, there are a ton of things that will go wrong. Taika will make another mockery, a childish joke wrapped in shiny clothes. Please change the director before is too late.
This 💯
I can't even formulate how awesome this is.
oh jes, great choice. the world of Incal through the lens of Taika... very excited 😁😁
This has epic potential, but I certainly hope they're planning a series because there's no conceivable way you can't squeeze the Incal down to one movie.
NO stop this chain of evil of series, series do not rescpect the movie time and in the 99.9% of tv series every episode has 15 last minutes of nothing only pumping hype for next episode.
4 hour movie seems conceivable. either that, or a miniseries with one episode per comic book. but it says "The Movie", so, unlikely.
splitting it into some arbitrary trilogy would indeed suck.
i hope they say "fuck marketability" and make a 5 hour movie you can completely lose yourself in.
