@ The Prophet told us to Do Miswak(similar to toothbrush) so to have healthy teeth. He(pbuh) told us to eat on ground to have better digestion. Eating less, Eating slowly, NOT TALKING WHILE EATING. Drinking lot of water, Fasting etc were some lessons form him(pbuh). If you do a research on these things you will find science behind it.Only a well knowing person can teach this.Yet he(pbuh) was not sent as a scientist but as a Messenger. So you can not expect any mathematical formula from him or any invention.
Most revelations which science searched today, Qur'aan told this 1400 years before.
