Here are my suggestions keeping in Mind the PRICE TO VALUE ratio:
GK: Ederson HM, Courtois and Donnarumma RIvals
LB: Alphonso Davies LNY, Capdevilla and Roberto Carlos 94 exchange version
RB: Frimpong UTOTY(trust me he's worth that price), Trent 94 HMs
CB: Kim Min Jae HMs, De Ligt 95 UCL (He's the Goat middle price range CB)
CDM: Mathhaus 97 TOTY and Prime Icon Rijkaard.
CM: Valverde HMs (He's a freakin beast) and Gullit TOTY Exchange version(Sadly he's only 93 base)
CAM: Socrates TOTY and Zico Centurions exchange version (Passing Version)

The best by far, VVD, every high rank player wants him, in corners, he is op, in defending, he is quick, he is tall he is great defensively, 2nd CB, I have to give to lucio, and ruben dias they feels so good on the ball and theyre basically VVD, just i would want more pace in lucio, nothing really bad to say about ruben dias in 3rd,
that would be rudiger, he feels so good and he is so strong in defence, my friend has 100 rated max rudiger and he competes well with my 10 eusebio. it was hard to pick, but defensively and physically and everything to consideration those are top 3, konate and cordoba are really underrated tho.
I would say Zambrotta the rivalry versions both LB and RB should also be in this list because they do great in game in both these positions because of 5 start weakfoot and eventhough their shooting stats are low they never miss when shooting either on vs attack or h2h.
Here is my personal top for Gk : Van der sar and Alisson
Lb : Cole and Roberto Carlos
Rb : Frimpong and Carlos Alberto
Cb : Van Dijk and Saliba or Blanc
Cm : Gullit and second optien Schweinsteiger
Cam : Pélé and Messi (the goat)
Lw : Henry and Ginola (Mbappe is an option)
Rw : Salah and Messi of course
St : R9 and Ronaldo i'll say
u have very good ball knowledge, but i say ruben dias blanc and maldini at cb because maldini is the goat cb ruben diaz best young cb in the game 26 years old blanc is very good at physic defence and pace i use him and he is a wall

Gk: Van der sar,Allison,Neuer (Neuer is only 3d cause ovr but i use 24 red version neuer hes just a god nothing comes close except toty vds)
Cb: Van dijk, Saliba, Kim min jae
Lb: Roberto carlos, Hernadez , Jao cancelo
Rb: Carlos Alberto, again jao cancelo, Frimpong
Cdm: Obv Matthaus , Toure, and Rodri

Cam: Socrates, Kaka , Messi ( Am not bias to put messi or pele first even tho they are leagues below the toty socrates in Cam)

@@mrevan2169 he’s bit difficult to control because he does feels heavy not as smooth as eusabio (the best) and r9 (2nd best) , so if you have got controlled hand in dribbling then go for it , but if you are amateur then would suggest to go for eusabio or Ginola they both are amazing
