Hey great video but can you please make a clean version or a version without the word 'bulls***'? I coach a HS team and I would to show them this video before we go into winter conditioning but I don't feel right posting a video on our Facebook group where both the players and parents see everything. I love the video don't get me wrong, we finished 3rd and 2nd at our two most important tournaments at the end of season and this year we have a shot of winning both.

Have you ever actually tried to play ultimate frisbee? It's very difficult and very physically demanding.
