I’m so glad that you don’t determine whether a book is sapphic solely based on sapphic romance! I’m a sapphic on the aromantic spectrum / who is trying to focus on aspects of life outside romance & love to see the representation 😌
Reading and loving You Don’t Have a Shot now after finishing the incredible Palace of Eros🧡 Outdrawn by Deanna Grey is sapphic rivals to lovers excellence💕
I don't read this genre often, but We Deserve Monuments is one of the best books I have read this year. My additional recs: Yellow Jessamine, Upright Women Wanted, Girl Serpent Thorn.
I'd like to recommend the YA graphic novel "Stars in their Eyes" by Jessical Walton, illustrated by Aška. A very cute and inclusive first-love story set during a pop culture convention
Trans lesbian MC? Epistolary? Filmmaking?? Familial trauma?? The Beach Boys??? All this and more in Summer Fun by Jeanne Thornton! So far I'm only about 100 pages in but so far it's so good and weird. Plus the plot starts in September so it would easily fit into a Dracula Daily-style reading pace.
1:06 - The Year My Life Went Down the Toilet. That is an amazing title for a book, especially for middle grade readers! I needed something like that about 35 years ago. 👀🌈💜

Of course! It just makes sense tbh. And as a fellow aro-spec person, I see you 😌🌈💕

My TBR is so much longer now and I'm not mad about it.
