TH-cam only uses CC BY license, but because of the material used in this video it is under a CC BY-NC-SA license which TH-cam dont use.
Thats why they are using the standard license. You can download it from CC's website.

Seems it's licensed as CC-BY-NC-SA, so yep. I would have preferred CC-BY-SA, CC-BY, or CC-0, but this does it too.
