    Hey coach how long do you prescribe players to work on there ball handling per day? The triple threat is useless without a strong ball handle would you agree?

    why do you think the hop doesn't require practice? Lost of people hop and land off balance. I think you need to practice both. Not saying the 1-2 doesn't require more practice, but to say it "doesn't require practice" I feel is inaccurate.

    this isn't good. This is a C-plus at best coaching experience. Please. You're trying to teach separation and hesitation, but you're not. The coach in this keeps telling the players.."good"..but it's not. Triple threat is sort of in play in these lessons, yet the first part to to the triple threat is the J. If you do not start with the J, your defender fears no other option of the triple threat, so, why not have these kids hit the J from each of these starting spots?
