I added about 50% stabilization to the ink brush, and got better results for my shaky hand. Just go into the brush, down too Stabilization and change the percentage to what works for you.

Omg! The last stroke was a game changer. Words can't describe how greatful I am Tatiana, having illustrated this beautiful book store with free brushes and tutorial given. It took me days illustrating, snatching out me-time everyday, so it has been labour of love which I enjoyed every bit.
Fun tip for those struggling with straight lines. Just draw your line and hold at the end. It will stabilize and make a straight line for you. Also if you want to colour and not have to worry about it falling out of the lines you can click your layer and create alpha mask. So it’ll stay in your drawing no matter what you do. Also the more layers you make the easier it will be to colour 😁. Tutorials are really useful
Really enjoying the tutorial so far. I must be going wrong but followed exactly so far. However I’m onto the colouring stage and the dry brush is bleeding into outline despite correct layering. I’m guess it has something to do with opacity setting in the calligraphy brush pen?
Can anyone explain why you’d choose to use clipping mask instead of alpha lock?
I was ready to start but brushes wasn't free to download it seems so i dropped. 😢 will you help me access?

I am excited about this tutorial but I am having trouble downloading the color pallet for whatever reason. I was able to get the brush set just fine but i'm not sure why the colors aren't uploading.

I love this one so much! Thank you, Taty! The texture layer is perfection!! Question for you - if I wanted to export this as a png (transparent) would I have to remove the white background, combine all the layers and then use the texture layer on top as a clipping mask? Thanks again!
