Summer hacks in the video
1) Drink energy drinks to prevent laziness after eating food.
•Tandoori Chaas = Green Chilli + Curd + Cumin powder+ salt/black salt+black pepper powder+water
•Fruit infused water
•Coconut water
2) Wear cotton fabric nd leave wearing fancy fabrics to avoid rashes.
3) Use lemon to remove sweat stains from body and use sweat pads to avoid sweat stains on cloth
4) Store nailpants in fridge
5) Use deodrants on foot to avoid blisters.
6) Clean ur foot using lukewarm water and Dettol / body wash and then scrub using sea salt scrub for soft feet this scrub can we used for hands.
7) Use Aloevera gel to avoid sun tanning
Use aloevera gel for smooth skin after bath
Use aloevera gel after hair wash to avoid tangles and smooth hair
Use aloevera gel with coconut oil for smooth skin and removal of dark marks
Use aloevera gel for hydration
8) Use antifungal powder to avoid body rashes and private parts .
9) Remove bra while sleeping
10) Bathe two times a day to avoid fungal infection and smell.
11) DIY exfoliator for tanning and even skin tone
Masoor dal ( should be coarse not fine powder)
Wild turmeric
Orange peel powder
Can be mixed with any mixing agent (yoghurt , rose water etc.)
12) Avoid excessive hair washing , wash hair only 2 times a week and can use dry shampoo.
