    Wall touched Biceps carl: 8 reps 5 sets
    Regular biceps Carl : 20 reps 3 sets
    Hammer carl: 12 reps 3 sets
    One arm concentration carl: 20 reps 3 Sets
    Triceps :-
    One arm triceps carl: 15 reps 4 sets
    Banch deps: 15 reps 3 sets
    Push up: 15 reps 3 sets

    Hi brother,
    Thank you for great help. I lost 20kg weight with simple indoor workout. I wish I could post my photo here to show you difference. I feel simply amazing. I was worried how to continue my workout in Ramadan but your words you said it is just mind game if we can work in the morning with empty stomach we can do in the evening as well hence we need to just change though towards. I do 2 hours before breaking my fast and the best comfort I feel in Esha prayer. I shared this idea with several friends and they're all pretty much happy. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Bicep curls - 3x20
    Hammer curls - 3x12
    Concentration curls - 3x20
    One arm overhead extension - 4x15
