Excited Bhide informs Madhvi and Sonu that he has bought a Trimurthy Lord Ganesha's idol which has a Laxmi Yantra at the backside and also assures them that they will soon progress ahead in life thus, super excited Sonu leaves Bhide house and informs Tapu Sena about the prestigious and antique Lord Ganesha's idol that her Father has bought home. All the members of Gokuldham society gather at Bhide's house to seek Lord Ganesha's blessings, but a major trouble takes place as Bhide reveals to Gokuldham members that he paid the money to Kanji Lalji Mehta from Gokuldham society's account and colony members fumes in anger.

The show is inspired from the famous humorous column 'Duniya Ne Oondha Chashma' written by the eminent Gujarati writer Mr. Tarak Mehta. This story evolves around happenings in ""Gokuldham Co-operative Society"" and covers topical issues which are socially relevant. The show predominantly - revolves around Jethalal (Dilip Joshi) who is an uneducated Gujarati businessman. Tarak Mehta (Sailesh Lodha), is his neighbor. Jethalal finds a friend and philosopher in Tarak Mehta and often goes to him for advice whenever he is in trouble. Jethalal's family includes his simpleton wife Daya Ben (Disha Wakani) and a mischievous son Tapu (Bhavya Gandhi). Tapu is a menace and a constant source of trouble to all the members residing in the Gokuldham Society. They have often warned Jethalal to reform Tapu or else be prepared to leave the premises. But it's a fact that this a funny show but the doctor and the Bhide is a tutor so he should know about this and mr iyer should have sent this statue to his lab for testing of carbon and get the result but it's a expensive
