What docs (other than passport)they ask during immigration other than evisa , tickets ,hotels tickets , insurance (if any) is there anything else i am missing.Also which hard copy i need to carry for mention above. 2. I am looking for airbnb/hostels/apartment RN. If i book in quarter 4 (other than 3) , will i be in disadvantage ? 3. Can u give some tips about sim and currency exchange , where to do this in saigon and whats the rate ?
I am glad you are traveling to Vietnam. Hopefully, it would be a good trip for you! 1) Just carry the copy of evisa, passport, hotel reservations and one of your original Indian documents example license 2) If you are travelling alone you can stay in hostel they have good options and hostels are cheaper than hotels and air bnb. Advantage staying in a hostel you can get to know new people from different countries 3) Just carry 100 Dollars bills with you, because you will get the best exchange rates from us dollors only. You can exchange small amount of money from airport just for transport. Then you can exchange other amount from local gold shop in the local market. Buy a sim card from local market. Do not buy a sim card from airport and do not exchange all of your money from the airport because airport charges you extra. Thankyou for reaching out.
