No not the strongest kanji in history it depends on who plays him especially Eva-01 and Destroyah it just depends on the players and the tactics because I killed a level 122 destroyah with a level 24 Eva-01. It’s just the player

went for a melee point blank man he's always getting the people who don't know what they're doing (the incineros didn't try to range in the middle of the fight went to melee BAD IDEA ultima is scary at melee even if its tail has a long animation time the incineros learned a bit too late the ultima was likely using an hp build which the tectonic likely dropped him to 4900 hp if the furnace didn't land)
and Ultima can just rotate too and make sure it hits you, unless it's the literal end of the animation

If the incineros knew about beam fall off I guarantee you the dude would either furnace first to force Ultima to take even more damage as you're slowed by the beam to take the fire residue damage the dash away cause ultima's beam lasts pretty long while incineros is at beam drop off distance Ultima proceeds to keep beaming stepping into the flames taking fire and normal damage at the same time, or he would dash away anyway to take like much less total beam damage if the Ultima uses mist only a stupid incineros would run in there plus Ultima doesn't regen as fast as you think in ku in most situations incineros would win if it uses its brain knows about beam fall off damage and knows it can range 90% of ultima's arsenal yeah Ultima is dead even with 7k Max hp if Ultima even tries the 1240 damage move Ultima is just begging to tectonic trade move lasts a good while too (from like I said before)
Only way Ultima wins 100% is if the incineros is in the ocean
