    Girl may your channel be blessed! Once you taught me hair porosity and silicone benefits everything changed.
    I used one after my wash on my leave out to the sew-in I installed, and my hair hasn't poofed back up. I try to only apply heat to the leave-out once a week. On weekends after hair routine and for the first time I made it the whole week! It reminds me of my first silk press. I could get in the shower and the press didn't revert back. I recall the lady who did my silk press compliment me on how moisturized my hair was.

    How I wish my hair could survive without mid-wash day moisturization. 2-3 days after washing it needs more moisture. I’m not sure how to train it to not need that moisture in-between since it is made up of dead cells and cannot learn to moisturize itself, especially for my kinky hair that will not allow sebum to move freely on the hair shaft. Thanks for the advice on how to lower porosity so it can retain added hydration. I think I’ll try to ensure that whatever is growing out of the scalp is healthy, strong and well nourished so it require less added moisture. But all hair is different so it could be possible to train others

    Love your content! Any suggestions for swimmers who deal with chlorine on keep in moisture ? Tyyyy

    • @naturalnadinee
      @naturalnadinee  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thank you! And wetting your hair before getting in the pool limits chlorine absorption && also oils before hand to seal your hair to limit chlorine water absorption. Washing/ cowashing after and making sure you’re moisturising your hair often!xx

    Ok so the routine I'm thinking of is 1. shampoo 2. condition+ACV 3. LCO... Does that work? Because I do like my LCO method and products. Will the LCO not absorb into my hair since the cuticle was closed with the ACV in step 2?

    • @naturalnadinee
      @naturalnadinee  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yep that sounds like a great routine to moisture train && No it will still work as you hair will still absorb leave ins you might find you have to use lighter weight products though xxx

      @@naturalnadinee thx for replying and great work with your vids. You can ignore the other comments I made probably asking the same thing. I’m a black guy with 4b and just started growing out my hair but realized I have no idea what I’m doing. Since my hair has been cut short all my life my only routine was shampoo and then brush it lol. Thanks for doing the research with these videos. I’m hoping by focusing on my hair health I can take care of it properly.

    Should i detangle my hair first with deep conditioner or should i use deep conditioner and then detangle with conditioner?

    • @naturalnadinee
      @naturalnadinee  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I would detangle with deep conditioner because it’s the first step, and will help to spread the DC on your strands 🤍🤍

    Thank you for the great videos!! What if youre natural and straitening your hair with heat? The last thing you want is to revert it, so i use oils to moisturise.. Is that ok?

    • @naturalnadinee

    Thanx for the info ❤️ but Umm now I’m confused 😅 i wash my hair every week use the LCO method but like after two days l feel my hair dry so i just spray water as way of moisturising is that okay??

    • @naturalnadinee
      @naturalnadinee  ปีที่แล้ว

      For now it is but there’s no long term benefit in doing that for your hair, I’d recommend incorporating ACV in your routine to help with moisture retention xx
