12:50 Great argument on not getting caught in the colorless land's siren song. For shard /khan colored commanders it's as painful as you say.
If you got green, you might ramp into the third color in time (Three Visits / Nature's Lore is incredible for that) .
But in Grixis? well, there went the game :)
I've got a work in progress Miiryim deck, and some of the picks on your deck look pretty good.
I could ditch the low cost dragon(s) for some Sarkan or ... Genesis project / Tribute to the world tree (re-draw on creature cast is always good). Nice stuff
Glad i dont have to face those Arena cards irl. Darn. What "tier" would that Caldera combo piece be?

    Hello!
It sucks to be told what's bad about something you create, so I just want to say this is 100% my opinion.
In your intro, you mentioned it being tricky to put videos together that will be promoted by the algorithm, and ones that your audience wants to watch. I will confess that I almost closed out of the video because your intro was 7 minutes long. It is 100% possible that I'm in the minority of viewers; after all, I usually watch Brawl videos on 1.5x speed.
I really like how you start with a short clip to grab the viewer's attention.
My feedback is to keep the short clip, keep your decktech concise, and get right into it. My favorite Brawl creator is Amy the Amazonian and her gameplay almost always starts at, or before, the 3:00 mark.
That isn't to say your thoughts on your deck aren't valuable! However, they might be better placed in the description of your video so that those who are interested in the deckbuilding side can dig deeper, whereas people like me with the attention span of a squirrel on crack get their "fix" faster. You could always mention "As always, decktech notes are in the description" or something to train your audience to look there over time.
If this is all garbage advice, feel free to ignore it :) I hope you have an awesome night!
Edit: Kalain is probably "better" than Crucias because Kalain gets weaker matchmaking. The same reason people make The First Sliver their commander instead of, say, Jodah the Unifier.

@@ValenceAwesomeness as feedback goes that's pretty good and doesn't attack me in any way so I appreciate it.
It's nice to get feedback on the content rather than me as a person. Thank you.
I will try and make content snappier for the likes of yourself because ultimately I want to succeed.
I have known for a while now that deck techs lose viewer interest, but never really known how to balance it properly because there always seems to be a vocal minority who shouts loudest to move the needle.

I also really like your graph of Threat, Complexity, Speed, and Fun :) It gives my brain the happy juice. I am by no means an expert on content, having never made any myself. I'll just keep on watching ^_^

@@ValenceAwesomeness your feedback is still incredibly valuable! Appreciate your time and honesty, which frankly isn't as common as you may think!
