For monks, we budhist never say thank you. You can say pinsidha wewa. Also, instead of bi, you can say budhusaranai. Greetings are always with both hands together. 🙏 never shake hands with monks.

Some says world no1 quality cinnamon grows in Sri Lanka, take some with you its very healthy, thank you take us with you, remember i have been to some islands including temple some years back, but never been to cobra island

To write on palm leaves the carve first with sharp pen like a knive into the leave, than the apply a special ink, so it become black and better readable.
