About the question 64. It is stated that the Azure Table is typically used for a single region.. so a valid answer would be also the provisioning of resiliency, wouldn't it?

kind of makes sense that the cosmos db table API supports multi-master mode, if you recall the concept of the multiverse (where the cosmos resides)

Because it is in the same region, HA is used for a fail over to another region
