House Flipper: Creating Tiny Homes Part 8 - Home #4

I am on Home #4 of the Single home to tiny home makeover. The first two are completed, lets see where this ends up.
Turning basic homes into tiny homes... renovating and doing a challenge. Each room will have a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. They will be multiple units in each home.
I'm working room to room, they will all be different and have their own access to a yard.
Just thinking of challenging ideas! :D
