SO proud of you! I remember watching you since middle school and you popped into my mind today after years, so happy to see you succeeding in all your endeavors! I am in my intern year now and you give me so much motivation. Hard work pays off :)
I’ve been watching you since you started your youtube channel when i was in highschool and i feel that our life is going parallelly on a quite similar timeline, I’m currently doing my dermatology residency and got married in the same month you did last year!
What a hard working and ambitious woman you are. Hearing you talk about all your experiences during the past year makes me want to challenge myself and plan a vacation :). Good luck with your career and life in general. Hard work really does pay off.
I am 3 weeks into my floors rotation and it's really hard!! Never have I done something this mentally and physically draining. The hours are so long. We're supposed to work 6-6 but there have been instances when I've stayed 3-4 extra hours because of my inexperience...
I also miss my family! They are several states away. It's just me here so it's a bit isolating at times. I'm just thankful to be in the same team with my seniors. They are really tolerant of my screw-ups and like to teach. I pretty much sleep all day on my off days hahaha. Glad you made it through! I think looking back and seeing how far you've come can be a huge boost for morale going forward. Congratulations!

... and I feel you. After starting in cardiology I wanted to quit after 3 days. But it becomes better and better.
I can only imagine, cardiology is one tough speciality! Glad to hear it gets better!
@@SabsBeauty I personally have great respect for family medicine (I think it's similar to "Allgemeinmedizin" in Germany) . I can focus on my favorite organ.

Hi Sabrina! How did Cory's experience compare to yours?
Pretty similar experience in regards to schedule! His first 3 months were the hardest and then got a lot better. He is definitely one of those people that loves residency and is enjoying it overall compared to me 😂 so it was good to have his positivity!
