1-250 78% or above
250-500 77% - 78%
501-1000 74% - 77%
1000-2000 71% - 74%
2000-3000 67% - 71%
3000-4000 65% - 67%
below this percentage, there is no department which offer admission to such candidates.

What's position mention in video? If your position near to mentioned then we hope for good but if your position is low as mentioned so it's very tough for you then. The reason is that the mentioned position is the last position of the last list.
