    I have had this header on my BRZ for almost 2 years now with a PLM over pipe stock front pipe and Greddy catback. Its sounds amazing ! and for the price its held up just fine even with two Canadian winters taking its toll on them. I did end up also getting a tune to make the engine take advantage of the extra flow and now it feels much better for daily driving. Make sure you leave the front pipe catalytic alone or it will get pretty smelly.

      Did you get your header wrapped or ceramic coated? If not, have you had any issues such as extra heat in the engine bay?

      @@Flunoir not I just bolted it on and there is no issues with heat . It might be an issue if you plan to track your car and running it hard for long periods of time. For every day driving its not an issue at all.

      It’s safe but it’s recommended to get a tune it runs richer. But better rich than lean

      @@jonathanpillows7397 why is that?

    • @jonathanpillows7397
      @jonathanpillows7397 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@liparksgaming6063 because the stock tune runs the engine based off of different parameters and things like that to accommodate for the catalytic converter and the restriction it has on the exhaust system. Doing a cat delete by getting UEL header will throw off the value of the oxygen sensors and the car won’t run 100% how it should be. Same concept if you install an aftermarket intake. On the stock tune, the stock air box is reading the correct air fuel ratio values as needed to make the car run correctly. Without a tune, you risk potentially causing drivability issues with installing an aftermarket intake IF you don’t tune the vehicle correctly for it.
