  • Let's have a look at EPSON's EL-L200F, a Full HD Laser Projector for home cinema and fixed installation. It's lightweight and on the lower side of the budget. And for 2022 it's the low budget projector with the best image I've seen so far.

This was film while setting up an installation that will open at www.sofaloft.de in March 2022.

I know you said this is for permanent installation. But, can it be adjusted to be used for a performance?

Ir the brightness is sufficient for the stage it should be fine.

I'm planning on buying this one for a homebrew HDR experience... Long story short, played around with my EF11, found a brightness/contrast/gama/color hack. Since it's twice as cheap, and twice as bright as an "actually" HDR capable one, is 4,500 lumen enough to, theoretically speaking, turn the wall into a mini Sun?

More interested in the mount you're using tbh

Epson Fh52 vs this one which one will be better for longer version? Conference room use purpose. Will be used in daylight & lighting condition. 100-150 people Will watch. So what is your recommendation?

Great Video! what do you think about the Acer PL6510? - Installationsbeamer mit 5500 Lumen und Full-HD

Haven't seen it in detail. But in my experience Acer buys lumens for the prize of image quality.

Funny … I bought this one for my latest project. It was planned to project on a semitransparent tulle and the visitors were invited to walk around it. I was very happy with the outcome - a great projector!
The problem simply was, that the output of the projector was to much and I was afraid, that somebody would look right into the light and sue me for some medical eye issues later on. (I then changed to a weaker bulb-projector). Anyway - great review - great tool!

Good point. Installations are legal grey areas in many ways.

That looks excellent. What is the projection material?

      Thanks.
In this case it's semi transparent Trevira CS Voile in an installation.

How are the black/shadows level and contrast? Because this is supposed to be a signage model, I'm wondering how it handles darker areas.

Sorry, didn't see this for a while. Thanks for watching. The blacks are pretty dark . But of course not as dark as in a DLP projector. So if black is the aim, You might want to go for DLP instead.

The projector is right now in an installation in a different city. So can't check. But it's hidden within the menus. Should be under Operation/Light source management
