What about general liability insurance and workers compensation? I have three bid opportunities requesting that I have it before submitting. Is there away around this to still submit and not get the insurance. I heard that if you get it for one month and cancel it’s not good And agencies won’t want to provide for your company in the future. True or false.

This might be a crazy question, but when contacting the vendors for a price quote do you give them the SOW in a pdf document? Do you have a video specifically on contacting vendors? The to dos and not to dos? I’ve reached out to two vendor for a similar solicitation, and one vendor told me they only provide quotes to the direct end-user. Another vendor told me they’re already aligned with a customer for those types of requests.

I got my proposal template from panda doc and it’s really good, it looks professional, and outlines the proposal allowing you to put in your company details. Look into this! as far as what you need for each proposal, it’s in the “evaluation criteria” section.
You can find the outline for gov't proposals. But you will find someone who does write gov't proposals on Fivver. You can google it. Cost can range depend on $50 to $100. But I recommend to do a self proposal draft just to get into practice of writing your own proposals and how you like it to be written vs someone else writing it for you. just my two cents.
