- Today's ASMR video is about scalp massaging and scalp-caling. The person who has become a hair model is Bbang who works with me. We decided on nicknames, honey, bread, and rice cake. I have cut the hair in bobbed hair before scalp scaling. The sound of the video is so ambiguous that I won't upload the video but upload it as a bonus to membership!

Sugar scrub
you can mix one part olive oil with 1-2 parts sugar (it’s personal preference) and use that on your scalp! any hair safe oil works as well
From my understanding they like to use a saltshampoo for that part to🤷♀️ But it is cheaper with sugar/oliveoil. Nevermind it being easier to rinse out afterwards! Salt is not easy to dissolve....
Mette Thomsen This!!! Sugar is better for sensitive areas like your scalp. Salt is usually used for your body or areas that aren’t as sensitive.

It just occured to me that washing your scalp is important.
Like, literally your scalp. Not your just your hair.
Now i see why women/men with long hair have to spend more time washing thier hair.

It’s recommended to wash just your scalp cause all the oils come from the scalp, applying shampoo to the ends of the hair is actually bad and causes breakage and split-ends

Yes! I especially focus on my scalp. More than my hair. I shampoo my scalp first and then use a smaller amount for the rest of my hair. Especially important because I have dry hair. I spend a lot of time washing my hair. It’s very curly and I have a lot of it, so it takes quite a bit of time to wash it and keep it moisturized. My hair just sucks up moisture but it’s still dry. The water just sort of sits on top of my hair, so it’s difficult to properly wet it enough to wash it. Once it’s wet it dries super quickly though.
