I’m just tweaking and fiending for dr robotniks ring racers (haven’t watched the video yet so I don’t know if you mention it but it’s the sequel coming out hopefully soon)
I'm impressed that you don't play online, absolutely go for it!! Even with +100 ping, the experience is still smooth, and the mods are the most important part of this game, specially the ones that enhance the gameplay to be more fun than it already is, but also theres the characters and the maps, which can get really crazy or beautiful
I assure you the multiplayer is godlike. I don't expect you to update this review or anything, but just try it at some point when you and at least 3 other people have free time.
I hope you can try Sonic World DX at some point if you like SRB2! It's fully 3D and plays more like a Modern/Adventure Sonic game, but it's pretty fun and has a ton of characters, stages and mods!
I can't deny that this is one of the greatest fan-made kart racer ever made. But considering it uses Doom's source code from known racists Karmack and Romero, and characters from known scammer Yuji Naka? Yeah I'm unfortunately on the moral obligation to denounce this game
This isn't exactly wrong per say, but this is a REALLY weird stance to take. Not only is Naoto Ohshima the actual creator/designer of Sonic (Yuji Naka was a major programmer), but Doom was made by more people than those two, and the code has been heavily edited by the community to make stuff like SRB2/SRB2 Kart. This is much more than two freaks and some loser.

It's a way of turning the attention away of the problem, while ignoring the fact that the very people that are continuing the project are either platforming the problematic people, or worse, covering up for their actionsm

can't believe I've been playing this for several years now. Top 1 kart racer out there and it's not close
Agreed, doing the time trials in this game are SO fun. I like doing them with different characters to get a feel for all of their different nuances.
Can't go wrong with that Icecap Zone jam.

That's an interesting way to spell 'Carmack'. And what are some examples of some things said/done by Carmack and/or Romero that were racist?
