what do his warrant has to do with that cop intentionally hit him. On purpose. Key word. Running from the cops. Meaning there life is not in danger. They felt comfortable chasing him.. not fearing for their lives. 😢

The trooper said he had no intention of harming the suspect? What did he THINK was going to happen by intentionally running his car into the suspect into a wall?
He should lose his job and get the boot over this at a minimum.
Normally someone fleeing police with warrants would end up being someone his family would spend time visiting in jail and being a drain on his family. Now in death, he will be bringing a financial settlement or award to his family.
