Really interesting to see the differences between European/US pulling and countries where this sport has a much smaller impact, you can hear the minis running at probably half the RPM that the american guys would run
I was there at the Quambatook tractor pull this year. Where were the big tractors? It’s a shame that there has been a big fallout within the committee members.
Great video, some commentary would have been great just to tell the Yanks about these orange coloured tractors we have down here. Yep I'm a Chamberlain fan and I mean it in friendly rivalry. There maybe the Red, the Green and the Blue but down here we have "The Orange".
About what was happening in the USA in the 70's but most are owned by every day working guys so I don't imagine they have the money to build a tractor that you would see in european pulls and I'm guessing there wouldn't be much prize money involved
leongt1954 the Prize money in the US and Europe is pretty much the same. The problems in Australia are actually: very few people living there, long distances and limits from 1983 or so.
I had no idea tractor pulling was a thing in Australia. And your mini sled is way different than the US and European ones
Cool video looks like pulling here in the states 80s and 90s

Back again for the great stuff guys

Happy new year guys 2019
Thank you and the same to you! Was a good time and I'll be back!
I came here for Scrap Value I was hopping for a 8200 rpm screamer to let the headers really sing

Well - if we'd have done a voice-over commentary it would've most likely been in German :)
how does their mini sled work?
It basically drops the pan hydraulically.
Awesome experience
It is like european tractor pulling 30 years ago.
