I was feeling restless in the hospital I'm in and decided to browse through TH-cam as usual. glad I found this one though, it cured my cancer! thank you so much Rx Mix!!
I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.
Man this type of beats really help so I am glad you came across them and now use them to help you relax. I am sure you got a set of goals which can have a massive impact so keep fighting for your dreams and may god guide you through it all. I feel like going waking up early, directly hitting the gym, get a good healthy breakfast do whatever it is that you enjoy doing the most whether be editing clips, video games, reading, swimming, basketball, etc ofcourse a shower and getting to work after that you'll realise that you broke a problem of not having enough time or wasting time. This will give you a boost...GO GET IT!

Hey just a tip! IF YOU WANT instead of listing each beat 1-90, List them by the timestamps in the description for when they start! Then people can just click, and it takes them straight to that timestamp. For example... I just quit nicotine, im so sleepy and my chest hurts. thanks for calming my anxiety.
Just know that others remember that pain. People back then did not believe me how badly my lung protested. But keep it up and replace the hardest withdrawal by nicotine gums if needed. Best of luck. I am in the 7th year of my withdrawal now. The best thing on not smoking is that the taste buds return from everything tastes bland to normal.

Woke up after sleeping from 8 am to 11:30 pm. Tomorrow i start online school again. I have slept but i still feel tired. It never goes away. Even when fully awake. I am eating a bowl of ramen chicken flavor,with warm milk and pepper. I am tired of being tired and i miss those i left along the way. I stare infront of me at this daunting journey but i know for sure i must learn to walk again. 1 step at a time. I've been isolated and ill-confident with poor hygene. But soon this will be no more . I'm tired of having cavitys. I'm tired of smelling bad. I'm tired of being weighed down by my own weight. I'm tired of being a burden. I'm tired of having no job or career. I'm tired of missing everybody. I'm tired of wanting to kill myself. I'm tired of fighting. I'm tired of being trapped in my own fucking head. I want to hear angels and swim again. I'm tired of being weak.
