It seems that a 3 star parallel card can be the only hit in a box, so you may not get a 3 star and then a 2 or 1 star parallel but you may be able to

Tcg republic is probably the best place to see the prices of these cards... they keep going up in price. Also starter deck Action Points if they are halo which is very rare they are worth like $50 each

There is still a chance for another parallel which can be a 2 star!

For English? I am unsure how they'll do it as they often change between Japanese and English, that breakdown sounds about right
