Colorado girl here: grocery stores here just carry trees every year, a large tree runs around $79. My roommate and I go up to the mountains to cut our Christmas tree down ever year. The park services cycle through areas to prevent Forrest fires- so you are actually helping by getting a tree! They are cheaper because you have to do all the work lol. When you are don't with the tree, you just have to drive it to the nearest recycling facility to recycle it into mulch. Plus, they smell so good
honestly when im working in the labs for hours on end i just love watching these videos. although mundane activities and nothing special its just nice to come home after a long day and watch somethign familiar :)

My family always gets a real tree! If you haven't gotten one before you should at least do it one year, because it's just adds another level of festivness to your holidays! Plus it smells great in the living room 😊 your city should have some way to dispose of them too. Where I live they have a set week (around the first week of January) where they will pickup your tree for you as long as you have it out on the boulevard in front of your house!

I'm from CT and I commute to school every day. My chemistry lab is from 1-4pm and usually I'm done with lab by 3ish so when I'm driving home, girllllll, the sun is already setting as I'm on the highway.
depending on size it’s actually not too bad in terms of price. $25-$40. the smell of a fresh christmas tree in the house is amazing. but if you get a real tree u also have to get a tree stand. most cities notify their residents when their tree collecting window is which is usually the first 2 weeks after new years. also if u have a miter saw u can always chop it up and throw it in ur trashcan or try to dry it up and use it as fire wood :)
get a real tree! There’s something about it that I feel like you guys would love. We usually spend around 25-30$ on a real tree and it makes the house smell AMAZING
