I feel like people prefer the Fillmore above all the others, but the Maui has a kind of bright saturated sound that might really cut through in a band setting.
Thank you for the presentation: The Maui is the first Sabbadius Funky-Vibe I do not like for it's throb is much too dominant in my ears: It completely kills the chewiness I am chasing in a vibe. ;o)
i have funky vibe 68, it sounds good but not as good as this. He adds something to it. maybe it is the high volume, or some great drive, or fuzz, or chorus...and a better amp than mine
I just cannot stand those bright lights on the front of a pedal. that practically blinds or distract you from playing your music. I usually have to put tape on those lights.
So many moments in this video where RJ was completely shut off from the world around and completely in the zone. That's what a great Vibe does....
