- It’s 1,000 points of The Empire of Man vs. 1,000 points of Vampire Counts in a game Warhammer: The Old World. This is TOW in 20 minutes! (Well, almost)
Some halfling scouts from The Moot pop up from their hiding places in the ground far ahead of the rest of the army.
3 Demigryph Riders march out onto the field ready to deny anyone the satisfaction of wounding against their 2+ Armor Save while beside them an Engineer helps set up a Helblaster Volley
Voldemort, a level 4 Wizard on a Pegasus rides into battle beside a unit of State Troops led by a Captain bearing the Battle Standard.
Now meet an abnormally muscular Necromancer named Arnie. “Come with me if you want to live… well, sort of” he says.
20 Skeletons climb out of their graves in 2 single file lines because LINEHAMMER. The Necromancer surrounds himself with some more Skeletons and some Grave Guard and is joined by a Vampire wielding the Battle Standard, the Drakenhof Banner. - เกม

Necromancer can't take Flayed Hauberk though as he doesn't have the option to purchase mundane armour.
Thanks mate! Flayed Hauberk is a magic item. It isn’t Mundane armour and can be worn by Wizards
@@DwainiacWarhammer All this is true, but you must have the option to take something in order to take a magical equivalent. Because the necromancer has no option to take mundane armour, he cannot take magical armour, whether it can be worn by wizards or not.
Great Batrep though, enjoy the quickfire short form.
@@44Womble I am 99% sure they can wear it as Tomb kings have Warding Splint which is slightly better.
@@grlmgor If you read warding splint, it specifically allows priests to wear the armour 'even if they do not have the option to be equipped with armour'. If anything, it reinforces that necromancers cannot have the hauberk as they can't have normal armour.
@@44Womble I think your right cause I just looked up the *Skaven Warpstone Armour* and they change it from
"Warpstone Armour is a suit of heavy armour which may be worn by a Wizard without penalty."
to
"The Warpstone Armour is a suit of heavy armour which may be purchased and worn by a Wizard, even if they do not have the option to be equipped with armour, a shield or barding, without penalty."

Demigryphs are epic. AP or spells that do damage and ignore armour saves like Unquiet spirits is the only way to take them out. And of course I rolled every damn spell in Necromancy other than Unquiet Spirits😆

Pretty sure they were just empire archers. Nothing wrong with using halfling miniatures to represent them though!
@@44Womble well I'm going to pretend i didn't hear that and break out the halfling archer stats from Warhammer armies project and use them for my halflings
