సర్ మీ మనీ పుర్సె పుస్తకం చాలా బాగుంది ఇంకా 2,3 పుస్తకాలు చదవాలి అనిపిస్తోంది ,
కాకాపోతే మనీ పుర్సె లో ఒక సామెత చెప్పేరు , కోర్టు లో హొడినోడు బాజరున ఏడిస్తే గెలిచినోడు ఇంటికెళ్లి ఏడుస్తాడు అని ,అది ఎలాగ చెప్పండి సర్ ప్లీజ్ !

Author is saying that after u construct one house u shouldn't go for 2nd house immediately.
Why because we generally take loan for house construction.
For 2nd house also we need to take loan.
So put together our EMI becomes more than 50% of income which is not advisable.
