I might be able to see how a cover song might be copyright infringement. But Miku and the other Vocaloid's were sold/made for people to make music. It would be stupid to take down music made with the program. I'd also like to believe that now that Vocaloid has a larger grasp on fan's it wouldn't die out all together if she were gone.
