    What a great video. And the volleys at the end were pure bonus. Among the top 5 RF training videos posted on youtube.

    I once practiced with a retired 40 year old challenger level player who took it easy on me. I was in my early 30s and beating most players at my club. He wore me down in 3 minutes. I’d be beaten down now after 30 seconds of this guys hitting. This guy is a BEAST

      thats mustve been an awesome experience! I played someone with utr 12. Sadly, I only won 7 points. LOL Those retired challenger level players are still fantastic players.

    This video shows clearly that this guy is the best tennis player to ever pick up a raquet.

      +NoelAndres17 mmmh...nah, it really does not show that clearly in this 10 minute lax practice session ....I mean I know it sounds cool...but no

    Always found it fascinating how in spite of being the epitome of a relax, loose swing, when he makes contact with the ball the head of the racquet doesn’t even shake

      Has something to do with the high stability of the pro staff

    • @andresgarcia6337
      @andresgarcia6337 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@samarkand_nights absolutely, I love that about the pro staff. However, in his case it doesn’t even flinch when hitting a fast or heavy ball. I wonder if the amount of lead tape he adds to 12 o clock also has something to do with it. I’ve added to 3 and 9 but I still don’t achieve that level of “ firmness” against heavy balls

    • @samarkand_nights
      @samarkand_nights 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@andresgarcia6337 people seem to disagree about the extent to which Roger customized his rackets beyond the RF version sold to the public. He does have the ability for Wilson to make whatever he wants so I’m not sure how much weight he’s adding beyond the RFversion that’s sold in stores.

    • @andresgarcia6337
      @andresgarcia6337 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@samarkand_nights I wasn’t aware of this disagreement or debate to be honest. I went by what a TH-camr who has a racquet used by Federer showed. He compared it to the retail version ( the rf 97 2015) and it was extremely interesting to see the differences. I don’t remember everything but there were differences in the butt cup, shape of the head ( rounder) and weight. He showed about 3 grams of lead tape at 12 under the grommet. Perhaps these modifications were solely on the RF v10 ( 2015) and the RF v 11 (2017) already included these modifications in the general model as you point out.

      i try to mimick Roger but its so difficult to get the consistency on the forehand. Some days im feeling it great and others i just cant find the feeling. Roger style is amazing to play with but sometimes i do wonder if i will ever get the consistency.

      To be honest it's not even that difficult,because his playstyle is really so effortless.

      15Stratos its really not effortless it’s the opposite because all the effort he puts into the play style makes it look easier and more effortless the more effort you put the more relaxed and calm you will look
