I still use your recipe for beef and broccoli where you browned the meat (recipie is from 3 yrs ago. everything else, spice wise looks the same. this is a family favorite
But he did add a few things that he didn’t have in that video, I just finished watching that one 😂. Like the wine vinegar stuff and the chili sauce 🤷🏻♀️. Can’t wait to try it this way 2moro. I will be browning my 🥩 1st.

That looks so good! I just woke up and now I'm hungreeeeee! I'd cook my broccoli for less time since I like a crunch. I'd definitely use more garlic. I'm one of those people - the recipe calls for 3 cloves of garlic, I'mma use half a head. I'm kind of a ginger freak too. I keep mine frozen so it doesn't go bad.

Hey 🆎 Looks delicious 😋 One of my takeout/delivery Chinese food faves.
I like fresh broccoli when they do it but me, I’d use frozen, thawed of course then toss in maybe the last 15 mins or so to keep a firm not hard texture. I gotta have a egg/spring roll or 2 alongside.
I love beef ad broccoli, but stopped eating it from Chinese restaurants after watching a documentary on what’s really in the “beef”. I can now make my own, thanks to you! Keep those recipes coming. 😊😊😊

All of these ingredients I use up pretty frequently. Fresh ginger is the only outlier, but it has a pretty good shelf life in the veggie crisper.
