I think this is a great solution, as it can help business elevates in terms of obtaining leads and stuffs! Kudos to you sir for such another informative tutorial!
Hey Nathan, How are you managing clients' keys and accounts in ur agency ? In some scenarios, we also need to connect other accounts beyond Make and VAPI for clients, like HighLevel and Notion, etc. Are you creating accounts using their credentials? If so, how is billing handled? Do they need to update it manually, or is that part of another service? It would be great if you could create a video about this!
Noted for the video idea! As for your question, I usually have clients share access to their accounts (like Make, HighLevel, Notion, etc.) through secure tools. I don’t create accounts for them unless they ask for it specifically. Because of that, they handle the billing directly with the service. The exception is VAPI because I don’t want clients to have access to the system prompt. So for that, I manage it on their behalf, while providing access to a dashboard for them to monitor the calls via Voiceglow.
@@dennisheita1236 It can yes, there is even a configuration of how many words the user can say before the agent consider it an “interruption” and stop talking.
Not yet because I'm still working on my lead magnet. This is an idea that I thought would be valuable for businesses with an already strong lead magnet.

Appreciate it mate!
Lead qualification is a must-do for any business, especially for small business owners who have limited time and employees. Thanks for sharing!
Very useful info. Thank you 🙏
Thank you for this tutorial Nathan. Very informative!
Thank you!
Hi Nathan, It will be nice if you can demonstrate this step by step. This is kind of hard with Make automation.
Also need appointment reminders aswell
Noted for future videos, yeah it should be straightforward as long as the necessary information is stored within the calendar invite.

Can the bot be interrupted while it’s speaking
@@dennisheita1236 It can yes, there is even a configuration of how many words the user can say before the agent consider it an “interruption” and stop talking.
In Vapi, for instance, it's under Advanced > Stop speaking plan.
