Its like almost perm, perm dragon allows u to get any of dragons, but token only east/west, and after getting it u need to choose ONE.

Technically no you can only use one of the dragon and cannot switch between both versions like if you choose east then you cannot use west unless you buy for 2400 robux for the perm or eat a physical west dragon.
