  • Jesus talks to His disciples about the coming destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD.
This has a close relationship with the End Times.
The destruction of the temple came about because some Israel, mainly its leaders, rejected the Messiah and before the end comes, humanity for the most part will accept the antichrist.
The sermon on the Mount of Olives is key to understand the events and signs before the end finally comes.
Matthew 24 is a very accurate prophecy about the end times. Jesus tells His disciples about the beginning of sorrows and the suffering to overcome before of His name. These are just some of the signs before the end.

    From Acts 7:43
I want to know this about the star.
"Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon".

You cannot, Hermeneutically divorce or uproot out of Context the Discussion of Jerusalem's judgement on AD 70 FROM "Jacob's Trouble" aka The Great Tribulation, aka Days of Vengeance--- Matthew 23, 24 Luke 21. As Believers we need to be Consistent in handling Scripture, and not turn it into a wax nose, shaping it as we please.
