Yes apart from IITs, NITs, IIITs you can go to any other private or state government colleges who don’t have 75% criteria. Like for example- in Maharashtra state there is only 45% criteria to get state government/private colleges.

Yes with architect you can do interior design course too, infact architect study comprises interior designing as well. As far as career prospects so you can be an entrepreneur & can start your own firm/ company which may provides architectural solutions to clients. Or you can join big architect firms like L&T, Afcon, Shapoorji-Pallonji, DLF,etc….

You can get a good private college but we don’t have government cutoffs as every state have their own admission rule like ex- in Maharashtra there is MHTCET, in Tamilnadu TNEA so, in your case it’s hard to predict which college you get. But try as much as good colleges you can so, you will have more chances also don’t forget to participate in JOSAA & CSAB rounds too.

Every state Government have their own admission criteria/eligibility about 12th %tile and admission to B.Plan is based upon pre-exam scores. So you can just google and check your state eligibility for government college admissions.

Dear viewer, we have checked a lot for you but in JoSAA counselling it’s hard to get any seat but you can try in josaa as well as in CSAB too, also as a backup keep try in state level good private/government colleges as a backup. Best of luck for your future.
