  • My 14-day K2 base camp trek in the Karakoram mountains of #Pakistan, followed by a crossing of the technical Gondogoro La Pass. At 8,611m (28,251ft), #K2 is the second-highest mountain in the world. The K2 base camp trek route is via Concordia, the confluence of the Baltoro and Godwin-Austen glaciers at around 4,700m (15,419ft). It is one of the few places in the world where you can see four 8,000m peaks: K2, Broad Peak, Gasherbrum I and Gasherbrum II.

    • @GungRee
      @GungRee 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sir, 12 to 14 days is just the trekking from Askoli,the last inhabitant to back to Skardu city. But possible to do the trek in 10 days as well if you are very good at walking. If 10 days for this trek than at least 5 to 6 days for Islamabad, Skardu and keep one day for documentation. In that case, you may do it in 16 days.
