It's actually pronounced ee-ohs. It's not E.O.S. It is an acronym for evolution of smooth, but said in a similar fashion as NATO is. You say Nay-toe, not N. A. T. O. (The rant isn't for you, Ilse. It's for people who are quick to correct when they don't really have a clue themselves.)
Ilse, there is no way for me to turn off all of Toronto's sirens and big grindy engines. It's what we Torontonians live with 24/7! But I can help with the snoring! I have sleep deprivation and insomnia trouble. It can mess up your life. My doctor sent me for a sleep test. Turns out I don't REM, and I have killer apnea caused by snoring. I am currently learning how to use a cpac machine that helps me keep breathing when I sleep by pushing air through my airway when it tightens up. No snoring! More sleeping! Huzzah!

Have you ever used markers for asmr triggers? I would grab a bunch in my hand and losely hold them, moving my fingers and palm so they would bump into one another. It made a nice clicking sound. It's nice and Tingley. Maybe you might find it does the same. :) Love the videos btw. I love getting tingles. :)

The problem is, if I hold a marker in my hand and write with it on paper is gives me bad ASMR (misophonia) like nails on a school board
I could make sounds with them though ^_^
