About us:
We're Jack & Megan, and in late 2020 we sold our belongings and packed our lives into our 2005 Toyota Troop Carrier to travel Australia. Our original plan was to complete a full lap of Australia and return home to Perth to resume our 'normal' lives. We decided we wanted to document our lap for the future and began sharing weekly travel vlogs of our life on the road and fell in love vlogging, filmmaking and sharing our lives with you. We completed our first lap and couldn't imagine living any other way so we decided to continue travelling and calling the Troopy home. We have gone on some crazy adventures since then and it is all thanks to you tuning in to join us every week.
You guys should stop doubting yourselves. Just by the comments in TH-cam alone, it is clear you guys are making a difference to many of us. You bring laughter and entertainment through your incredible videos. But most of all, you bring inspiration. Not only to go out and explore this great country of ours, but in all manners of areas in our lives. Don't stop doing what you do. 👍👍

Yep spot on. A month in the NT now 1.5 hours to the Yorke Peninsula and I am just starting to settle in. Got to love Australia.

Fun episode. Thanks guys. Wolfe Creek Crater has been on my bucket list destination for a while now. Definitely a must visit when I'm in North-Western WA. But when I hear the words "Wolfe Creek", I first think about the movie, before the crater. Such is the impact it has had I think in the psyche of the Australians culture. 😁 Plus don't doubt yourselves. YOU are making a difference to a lot of people. You're good at what you do. Your videoing (is that a word) and editing is excellent, I am guessing that at least one of you have some background in the industry, and your banter, commentary and music selections rounds off the productions beautifully. I am very jealous of your adventurous spirit that has taken you to so many wonderful locations on and off the beaten track. I realise that we see mainly a highlights reel but no doubt the mix of the inevitable hard times help you to appreciate the magnitude of what you are doing. Know what you mean about the rocks on the Gibb River Rd but they don’t seem to be as sharp edged on the Tanami Rd even though there are plenty of them there. Been to Wolfe Creek twice now, quite a beauty spot amongst so many others. There is another meteor site south of Alice Springs that is also worth a visit.

Can i give you a little tip, when driving on gravel roads - watch which way the wind is blowing the dust when a vehicle is driving toward you. If the dust is going to engulf you, pull right over on the opposite side of the road, stop and wait for the vehicle to pass. Will safe dust in the air filter and rock damage to your windscreen. Enjoy your style of doing the blogs - well done. Safe travels.

lol...I had to check that I hadn't missed any videos. Last week Mt Augustus then this week Wolf Creek. That's quite a jump! I was looking forward to my favourite area in Australia (ie Karijini). All good though.
Keep on being yourselves and telling the commentary as you see it. If you have to change too suit everyone else you will make your life journey very hard and you will be continually trying to change and will still never please everybody. Life’s short !
