- These decadent desserts are meant for you. This is my Valentine and February gift for you, this I would do for you if you were here, you are inside this screen, this box, will you join me? I am alone and want your company
I want you to sit at the cozy candle lit kitchen bar in my cabin, have a beverage of your choice, coffee, tea, milk , whiskey or wine (!!) and watch me make some decadent desserts for YOU!! I will taste test them first though!! :) But I make them for you!

Dark chocolate cherry brownies
Ingredients
* 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
* 1 cup granular no-calorie sweetener/cane sugar
* 3/4 cup unsweetened cocao powder
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 3/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/3 cup cherry preserves ...
* 1/3 cup water
* 5 tablespoons sunflower or olive oil
* 1 large egg, lightly beaten
* 1 large egg white
* 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Banana Valentine
Ingredients
1 banana
3 ounces dark chocolate, 70% cocoa or greater
1/2 teaspoon espresso
