Your style of tapping is phenomenal, very intentional, methodical and relaxing. My only suggestion is to pick objects that are more esthetically pleasing (for example: boxes with prettier packaging, plastic containers with no product labels on them etc).

Honestly, it doesn’t matter what the objects look like. Don’t most of us use this type of video for sleep or relaxation, anyway? So we’re not really “watching;” our eyes are closed and we’re experiencing.

They’re so pretty. I’m fairly certain they’re press-on, also. Although, even though I am a licensed cosmetologist - nails are far from my specialty. I play guitar, so, I never have nails. Though, I’d consider occasionally wearing ‘em, if I could find press-on, as nice as these seem to be.

This is super good, thank you! I fell asleep to it last night and im listening to it again this morning for my high blood pressure. I adore the nails on the cardboard boxes. Its like rain and then i can hear something like a white noise in the back and its just lovely. I love when there are overlapping sounds.
