Yes, they did, but the questions that were American based weren't general knowledge. Only if you were American could you answer, with a few exceptions, of course. Whereas the international questions were general knowledge that the majority of US and Non US would know.
Well, this was a challenging quiz ... got 29 right ... not sure what it says about my "intellect" though ... probably it has more to do with my access (or rather lack thereof) to popular culture in the 50's and 60's growing up outside of the US in an isolated rural community.
